Portuguese Diplomat Visits Soheili Global Village
As part of his one-day trip to Qeshm Island, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Portuguese Embassy visited Soheili Global Village, recognized as the first global tourism village in the country’s free zones.
During the visit, the natural and tourism attractions of Soheili, along with the active participation of the local community in tourism activities and the village’s economic development process, were presented to the Portuguese Chargé d’Affaires.
He highlighted Soheili’s remarkable potential and expressed his interest in the village’s role in advancing community-based tourism and strengthening cultural exchange. This visit was part of his cultural and tourism agenda during his trip to Qeshm.
